After a long caffeine fueled drive from Amsterdam, and having been stopped, searched and thoroughly frisked by the Bavarian police, we found ourselves in Munich, the home of German beer, Wurst sausage & of course The Stroke Art Fair. Organized by Marco Schweiber, Stroke pools together a collection of street artists, graff writers, installationists and urban stylists, all to showcase their innovative talent through the various European Art labels/galleries.
Many of our Amsterdam friends are present as well, including the Go Gallery, Andenken Gallery, Look for Art, BustArt and Max Zorn. Aside from it being very gezellig as always, there is work on display by some of the biggest names in contemporary urban art, such as Futura, Herakut, CT, Zosen, Inkie, Vermibus and Shepard Fairey.
Obviously we are very proud to represent our Urban Art tNOW booth, where we are showcasing works by FAKE, Florian Krause, Btoy, Eelco van den Berg, Olivier Phillippe, and Max Zorn. Max is also doing his tape art live, giving spectators an unique insight into the awesome method to his madness. If you happen to be Munich, come check us out at booth number 14!
